Sound Design: "The manipulation of audio elements to achieve a desired and artistic effect."

 

I like to create innovative listening experiences in my works, by using unusual sound sources. I do believe it is possible to create sound effects and music from any available source, digital, acoustic or human made. Always researching for new sounds, I do not rely only on commercial sound libraries.

 

As a Sound Designer/ Engineer for MCR, I've been working on an extensive list of commercials, short films, radio spots and special projects on TV, Cinema, Radio and Internet, for well known companies such as: Coca-Cola, Honda, Suzuki, Amex, Ambev, Young & Rubicam, Africa, Almap/BBDO, DM9/DDB, and others....Some of them broadcasted worldwide.

 

As a freelancer, I do music and sound design for documentaries, short films and companies like: Goodyear, Dunhill, Lucky Strike, Max Haus.....

 

I graduated from UFSCar, in São Carlos, with a degree in audiovisual production. Also studied and became a professor at OMiD International Audio Academy.
